hello human.

This is the privacy policy for Hello Human (hellohuman.guide). Plain English. No tricks.

Who we are

Hello Human is a small family of parenting tools, made by Anishka Nawagamuwa (Nish). We make digital scripts, send a weekly letter, and are building an app called Alma. If you signed up for any of the above, this is what we do with your information.

What we collect

When you sign up for the 5 Scripts guide, the Alma waitlist, or the weekly letter:

When you visit hellohuman.guide:

We do not collect your address, payment info, phone number, or anything about your children.

Why we collect it

To send you what you signed up for. To understand which scripts and articles parents find most useful, so we make better ones. To improve the site.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not pass it to data brokers.

How long we keep it

As long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe (one click at the bottom of any email), we keep your email on a suppression list so we don't accidentally email you again. We don't use it for anything else.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Email us at the address below and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a few. None are for advertising. The PostHog cookie is anonymous analytics. The Beehiiv cookie is for attribution (knowing where signups came from). The hh_intent_script cookie stays in your browser and never reaches our servers.

Children

Hello Human is for parents and caregivers, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you're under 13 and signed up, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything that affects you, we'll update the date at the top and let subscribers know in the next weekly letter.
